1. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version, or that you installed the latest version.

2. Download the latest firmware version for the MeetUp camera.

3. Go into the device settings and disable auto-framing.

4. Go into the device settings and set the desired pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) settings.

-You also have the option of using the remote control to set the PTZ setting. To accomplish this, you should hold down the 'Home' button on the remote control for 10 seconds or so until you hear a noise, and this sets the default home view.

5. Ensure that the MeetUp firmware version is on 1.0.251. There is a known bug involving the camera feed dropping below this version.
