To download the Cisco Accessory app for the Webex Desk Camera, you will navigate to the page below:
You will then click on "Accessory Apps", and select the applicable Webex Desk Camera app. Note that no account is needed to download or use the app. You can use the
app as a guest instead. Once this is installed, you'll want to check on a
few more things:
1. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version, or that you installed the latest version.
2. Download the latest firmware version for the Webex Desk camera.
3. Go into the device settings and disable auto-framing.
4. Go into the device settings and set the desired pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) settings.
