How to delete AppData for PC / Mac
To completely remove all data from the device for technical troubleshooting
Step 1
Uninstall the Video Window application on this computer.
Step 2
go to these folders...
PC:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\
MacOS:
/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/
Then delete all following folders that have "Video Window" reference.
Step 3
Then reinstall the Video Window application which will now have no previous data remaining
