Clearing the cache of your Video Window device
1 Close your Video Window app
PC: on the keyboard press “Windows” and then with your mouse right click the Video Window icon on the taskbar, then click “close Video Window app”
Mac: whilst Video Window app is open on the keyboard press “command + q” to close the Video Window app
iOS: whilst Video Window app is open swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen. Then swipe up the Video Window app to close the Video Window app
Android: whilst Video Window app is open swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen. Then swipe up the Video Window app to close the Video Window app
2 Reopen the Video Window app
3 It will open to the settings page with a 60 second countdown
4 Before the 60 seconds expires press the “Clear Cache” button. The app cache is now cleared.
5 You will then be prompted to login again as either a shared Video Window device (Office license) or as a person (Remote user license)
6 Login as usual
